Julia Larson joined Wine Spectator in September 2022 as an editorial assistant. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Hubbard School of Journalism, she received her master's degree in food studies from New York University in 2024. She became assistant editor, specializing in food, restaurants and spirits coverage, in early 2025.
