It’s that time of year—the leaves are falling, the air is crisp and our favorite Duchess-turned-lifestyle guru Meghan Markle has returned with season two of her Netflix show With Love, Meghan. She’s back with plenty of celeb guests, delectable culinary treats, aspirational DIY crafts and, yes, more flower sprinkles.
Wine and cocktails abounded in season 1, but the newest season starts off slow in the beverage department, probably because the Duchess has been so focused on her own new wine brand, As Ever, which debuted with a 2023 Napa Valley Rosé made in collaboration with Fairwinds Estate. The 2023 rosé sold out almost instantly, and has been quickly followed by a 2024 Napa Rosé and a 2024 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (no word yet on where the Kiwi Savvy was made, but our Down Under spies are hard at work). And just this week, As Ever announced the release of a Napa Valley Brut sparkling wine from 2021. Both 2024 bottlings are priced at $30 a bottle, which we thought was a lot for Napa rosé until we saw Abloom’s $150 bottling. The As Ever bubbly is priced at $75 a bottle.
A Plethora of Fun Chefs
Season 2 kicks off with superstar chefs David Chang and Christina Tosi arranging flowers and making homemade s’mores. (Tosi’s recipe is available on Netflix.)
In subsequent episodes we sip lavender gray tea lattes while Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star Tan France makes coconut french toast. Chef Samin Nosrat shows up in episode 4 to enjoy Meghan’s famed roast chicken (the dish she reportedly made the night that hubby Prince Harry bent the knee) and bread salad with passionfruit vinaigrette. For dessert, Meghan pops a cork and serves “Champagne floats” over sorbet.

The season finale takes the cake, however, as beloved chef, restaurateur and humanitarian José Andrés makes a feast for Meghan and the show’s crew.
But before Andrés arrives, Meghan needs to up her wine game, traveling to California’s Sta. Rita Hills AVA to meet winemaker Matt Dees of The Hilt Estate and Jonata in Santa Ynez Valley’s Ballard Canyon. “It was truly a pleasure to welcome Meghan at The Hilt Estate [and] I’m honored to have our estate and wines featured,” Dees told Wine Spectator. “She was cool and funny, has an authentic interest and knowledge of wine and loves it for all the right reasons.”
Cooking With Chef José Andrés
Back to the kitchen with Hilt bottles in hand, Meghan awaits Andrés, with whom she and Harry have been longtime friends and charitable collaborators. Their Archewell Foundation partnered with Andrés’ World Central Kitchen in 2020 to fund community relief centers, and Meghan’s lemon olive oil cake recipe appears in The World Central Kitchen Cookbook. They were most recently spotted volunteering together during the Los Angeles wildfires in January 2025.
Andrés joyfully charges into Meghan’s kitchen, overloaded with Spanish delights, including a full leg of Ibérico jamon and an entire truckle of Rey Silo Spanish blue cheese, along with his signature enthusiasm and humor.

When Andrés teaches Meghan how to make Santa Barbara uni, boquerones and seafood paella, Meghan appears to relax, looking less like a carefully curated hostess and more like a curious, slightly dorky woman who gets a little squeamish around lobsters (honestly, who doesn’t) and who loves cooking with her friend. And they enjoyed Jonata’s Flor Sauvignon Blanc 2021 while slicing, dicing, boiling and grilling their way to dinner.
Finally, the paella was done, the tables were set and there was nothing left to do but party. Meghan poured a selection of Jonata and Hilt wines, along with Raventos i Blanc sparkling wine, while Andrés busted out a porrón—a traditional glass vessel used to pour wine into a glass or, more commonly, directly into someone’s mouth. Andrés proved to be a seasoned porrón pro, while others struggled with their aim. Then again, you’re never headed in the wrong direction with chef Andrés.
Season 2 of With Love, Meghan is streaming now on Netflix.
